In Compliance with DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2018 entitled Guidelines on the Preparation and Checking of School Forms, this Office announces the Schedule of Checking of Forms for Public and Private Elementary Pupils and Secondary Students on March 19 and 20 for Grades 6, 10 and 12 and March 24 to 27 for Kindergarten to Grade 11 at the Schools Division Office (SDO).
