The resolution of disputes in the Department is guided by DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2012, titled DepEd Policy Framework for the Implementation of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) System-Mediation, which provides for the constitution of a Mediation Unit in the Schools Division Office.
