QUALITY OBJECTIVES

We have established quality objectives at relevant functions, levels and processes needed by our QMS. Our quality objectives are:

  1. Improve the quality of our basic services to our clientele by achieving 80% customer satisfaction and adhere to all regulatory and ISO requirements with 100% compliance;
  1. Reduce all internal and external issues by 90% to attain the desired outcome;
  1. Make the best use of time and resources and ensure quality service to customer.
