As stipulated in DepEd Memo No. 127, s.2016, the Teachers English Proficiency Test Process Skills Test was administered to all grade 7 and grade 8 public School Teachers with permanent item. Based from the result of the PEPT-PST conducted on July 9, 2017, only 63-88 MPS in Math and 65.93 MPS in science had been achieved. The 75 % target level was not attained. Hence, an Instructional Program is designed to improve the English Proficiency of grade 7 and grade g Math and Science Teachers through a Capacity Building to be conducted on March 0g, 20ig, 8:00 in the morning at the SDO Conference Hall, Brgy. Rizal, Science City of Munoz.
