1. With reference to the attached DepEd Memorandum DM-PFO-2019-0025 signed by Undersecretary Jesus L.R. Mateo, citing the continuous requests for issuance of advisory from various organizations offering continuing professional development programs, the Department of Education Regional Office Ill reiterates DepEd Office Memorandum OM-OSEC-2017-017 signed by Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones dated April 21, 2017 (copy attached).
2. In accordance with said Memorandum, “all officers at the Regional and Division offices as well as schools are directed to refrain from endorsing, in whatever manner or form, any non-DepEd entity purporting to be an accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Provider and offering CPD Programs”.
3. Issuance of advisory on training with CPD units is held in abeyance.
