In preparation for the 2020 Central Luzon Regional Athletic (CLRAA) Meet, this Office calls for a consultative meeting to be held on December 2A,2019,9:00 am at the SDO Conference Hall to discuss the following details:
a) Composition of teams per sports event
b) Identification of winning coaches, assistant coaches and chaperons
c) Identification of officiating officials ts be sent to CLRAA Meet
d) Planning of intensive training for athletes, coaches, assistant coaches and chaperons
e) Identification of needed materials/equipment for intensive training.
f) Screening and accreditation of athletes, coaches and assistant coaches
g) Other Matters
