In relation to the mandate of The External Partnerships Service (EPS) to download to all Regions and Schools Division Offices (except ARMM) the 2019 Program Support Funds, this Government and Community Partnership program was given priority for partnership building and linkages to support the programs, activities and projects that will establish and sustain partnerships with stakeholder.
